Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest.

We will be happy to store your luggage if you wish to leave later.

You can use the spa area free of charge from 12:00 on the day of arrival.

Extension of the spa area on the day of departure until 20:00: EUR 15.00 per person.

The hotel reception is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you wish to arrive or depart outside these times, please inform us in advance.

Standard cancellation conditions:
Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Cancellation conditions for Christmas & New Year's Eve:
Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 29 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount.
From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Price per pet per night: EUR 40.00 (without board).

Please note that pets are only allowed in the categories Grand Deluxe, Grand Superior, Junior Suite Gina L. and in the Gatehaus.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and spa.

Our comfortable castle garage offers space for 46 vehicles. The price for a parking space is EUR 14.00 per night. Charging stations for electric cars are also available.

Outdoor parking spaces on the castle grounds are free of charge.

To guarantee your booking, we ask you to provide us with your credit card details.

We reserve the right to request a deposit of 30% of the total amount (50% for Christmas and New Year bookings).

The remaining amount will be paid on departure using your preferred payment method.

Alternatively, you can transfer the deposit directly to our bank account.

E-bikes are available on request and for a fee. Please reserve your e-bike at reception. Helmets are also available for hire on request.

Play a match on the court where Clark Gable once played his tennis tournaments.

Court reservation: Can be made via the hotel reception.

Fee: EUR 20.00 per hour.

Rackets and balls are available on request at reception.

We charge EUR 55.00 per person per day for our 5-course evening menu.

A spa bag, including towels, slippers and a bathrobe, is at your disposal for the duration of your stay. These items can also be purchased at reception.

The local tax is set annually and currently amounts to EUR 2.55 per person per night. This fee is not included in the room price.

If we are unable to re-let your room, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution. This can easily be taken out via www.europaeische.at.

For your electric car you can use one of our three charging stations or the Tesla charging station in our garage.

Parking while charging: EUR 14.00 per day for parking in the garage. Charging is free of charge.

We offer free internet in the entire hotel area, with the exception of the wellness area.

Free shuttle service is offered to the nearest ski area (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, middle station) according to timetable.

Other transfers:
If you need a transfer from another location, we will be happy to organize a cab for you (for a fee).

900 years ago, if you wanted to get up high, you had to take a lot of steps - elevators were still a thing of the future back then. Today we enjoy the comfort of the 21st century in the castle, but a few charming stairs are still part of the experience. If you have limited mobility, just let us know in advance - we will do our best to reserve you a room that is as comfortable and level as possible within the historic walls.
